Customer Billing Setups
How your agency is set up for customer billing depends on where your agency is based and how you would like the clients billed.
Agency bills client: Most agencies pay for campaigns directly and then bill their clients, often using the P.O. feature to track invoicing for specific campaigns. This applies to agencies globally.
Clients are billed directly: Some agencies wish to run campaigns on behalf of their customers, but to have the customers billed directly.
For legal purposes, Acast requires each brand advertising on its network to complete a registration process. Whether the payment occurs by credit card or invoice, every brand, no matter who books the campaigns for them, needs to submit their company information.
Instruct the brand you are managing to sign up for an account. In the "How did you hear about us?" section, they should select Referral/Word of Mouth and provide the name of your Agency.
The brand will need to submit their company information in order to be approved.
Once the brand is approved for either credit card or invoice billing, your agency team will be added as users to their account. You will be able to select the customer's account from your dashboard by clicking the menu on the upper right as show below.
