If the Postal Codes have characters in it, they must be in uppercase. For example,<br>'SW1A 1AA' will be approved, as opposed to' sw1a 1aa' that will not be approved. 

In the follow countries, please use only partial codes with the max number of characters as below: 

Japan: 7 (specified for the first 6. The last digit defaults to 1)

Portugal: 7 (accurate for the first 4. The last 3 often defaults to '001'

- Brazil: 5
